"I wouldn't even give 1 star! The customer service from the red head girl is HORRIBLE! She definitely doesn't want to do anything if she has to walk away from the register. Was trying to ask questions about a product and she was very rude and didn't know about the product. Went down the street and dude helped me out with out an issue and answered all the questions I had about it. They lost a good sale today."

"I WALKED here from my job on my lunch break. Mind you it’s 12:30 in the afternoon. To find a sign that says this. Most businesses get someone to cover for them. I think it’s unprofessional that management or another employee couldn’t come take over until this person could return. It wasted my time and I’m pretty frustrated by the unprofessional behavior. They also left the door unlocked, so I hope the business owner is aware they could have been robbed blind had the wrong person came up."

"Horrible customer service. I came in and made a significant purchase, including two vapes and a water pipe. One vape literally blew up upon third use, the other, hit it once and it continued to run. I also purchased a water pipe. I am not very familiar with these items as I was buying it for my daughters, 21st birthday as a surprise to her. She was able to use twice before realizing that the whole that allows the vapors to arise is so small that it continuously gets stuck. In order to use it, you must clean it every single time and hope that the middle tube doesn’t get stuck. It has already broken twice because of how tight it fits . When I brought these three concerns to the store I was told too bad we don’t do refunds. There is no signs inside the store Nor does it say on their website that they do not do returns, will absolutely never do business with us shady company"

"Rude, racist and unprofessional especially if youre not spending hundreds of dollars on hallucinogenics. The guy who served me was so patient with the couple ahead of me that was spending big bucks$, had me waiting for almost half an hour to be served. But because I wasn't spending as much as they did he was very rude with me and practically rushed me out of the building. Also tried to sell me something that I didn't request as if I wouldn't notice. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless your a drug addict waiting to happen! Horrible customer service"
