"Bought 2 monsters, didn't see the buyb2 get 1 free. Went back grabbed one and asked the worker if it was cool if I just grab another, he then said I would have to through a whole refund just to grab the free 1. Would of been a lot easier to just let me take the free 1."

"Coming right next door to this RaceTrac is a new Tru by Hilton Hotel being built as I type this comment. A four-story 82-room hotel at Pritchard Road and Interstate 295. Something new for the area. I stopped by this RaceTrac today 12/08/2022 and I found it very nice and got a frozen Sprite and pack of Grandma Cookies at a very fare price under $2.50. I like the layout of this whole area. Good Job RaceTrac. Added some more Race Trac photos and one Tru by Hilton photo today 12/17/2022 Today I got a Med Frozen Drink it cost me $1.89 odd when you get it you don't see the prices for the frozen drinks. I will go back to Circle K for anymore Frozen Drinks."

"I go to this location daily, fuel prices & location are convenient to my truck parking. In my opinion 2 out of 6 of staff are great at their job. Others are simply miserable & sadly the customer pays the price with poor customer service. Sometimes they shutdown bathrooms to clean up, reality is that there are plenty of stalls. Bathroom is big, you have folks that just need to relieve themselves & Get out. Some of us drivers need to go, before a few hours of drive time...Bathrooms available is A must."

"So this is my go to gas station been really good and close by the house, I understand self checkout to make everything go faster but there were no bags, no one at the cashier, go to the hot food section and wait and ask and let them know there's no bags. She starts to walk towards the front and I walk towards self check out and turn around she nowhere up front or in the back of the store. I get it's just a bag but when you have 5 to 7 items plus a 12 pack of soda ou kinda need a bag. Terry tho one of the shift managers if I remember right is a really nice person and delivers great customer service"

"Was just passing thru, decided to stop at this racetrack for something quick to eat. They have pizza out, along with other food such as chicken. They also have a sitting area if you want to sit to eat. The store was clean and I was surprised to see restrooms were spacious, also clean. Also self check out was great to have , skip the long lines waiting for a cashier."
