"Store is closed at 8pm whyyy it’s supposed to be 24 hr"
"The customer service is great. Everything is organized and clean. Yeah atmosphere. It is spectacular. Also I wanted to point out. The restroom is absolutely clean. Smells fresh stocked up with toiletries. Just phenomenal."
"Poor customer service. Ty, the lady behind the counter, has no customer service skills. There was an individual at the counter whom she was having a conversation with. I waited while she continued to talk, I finally walked to the counter after the individual she was talking to waved me up. I greeted her with a good morning, and she gave no reply. I had two items, and she rang up the other customers' item on mine due to her lack of paying attention. I got my change and said, "Have a nice day," and still no reply. This is not the first experience in which she has done the same thing. Very poor customer service."
"Great place to shop I'm here now getting slice of pizza a mango freezy and Some gasoline"
"To whom it may concern. Several occasions we have visited this location with issue after issue. Not only bathroom maintenance but also safety issue as well. Employees locking the side door which is an emergency exit and should remain open at all times. Bathroom quality is poor and unclean. Employees following customers around and having inappropriate conversations about them. By law there should be 2 exits and entrances. A main exit and an emergency exit in case a fire or an emergency for customers. I'm tired of hearing Employees say they lock the door because people come in on the side and are stealing. That's why your company has cameras. The Employees are unprofessional and address the customers in an unprofessional manner. At one point this same location had lights on the outside at the pump and building turned off, another safety hazard. One violation after the next. If it's not busy, employees should be cleaning restrooms and maintaining the store, then maybe no one would need to lock doors for fear of theft. If people are stealing, call the police on them. Nine times out of ten they will return. This is a business and your employees should make sure it is ran like a business."
