"Been coming to this smoke shop for 5+ years, spent thousands of dollars on hookah and coals. Staff is ALWAYS top notch. Tonight there was a new girl there working who decided to curse me out for about 5 minutes screaming at the top of her lungs because I asked a question about the price “why is it cheaper to buy multiple small packs of coal as rather than one large pack”. Never complained just asked. That provoked her and she started screaming “Go back to your country, you’re being cheap, don’t come to me with that energy”. Unprofessional is not the word I would use to describe this situation, more like a real certified HOOD RAT experience. I also noticed she appeared to be high on drugs from the moment I stepped in, high on crack or something. No one sober acts like this. Insanely crazy experience, never seen anything like this at a store in my life. All the customers were nervous and didn’t know what to do. I try to get her to calm down and deescalate which only caused her to get even more crazy saying she has the “right to refuse service” and “Miami was her city”. When the other male employee was apologizing to me after she stepped away we just started laughing then she came over for more yelling asking me why I was talking even threw the pen at another customer to sign his receipt. Check your cameras for 10:30pm on Friday. She’s gotta go my friend."
