"Mr. Rich was a referral attorney from Legal Shield involving a moving violation I had at the end of Oct 2015. I had an initial conversation with Mr. Rich and spoke in depth about this citation and that I felt it was given by the officer without her knowing the complete facts of the incident.That I wished to tell my side of the incident. He told me he would be in touch. Two and 1/2 months went by with out any contact at all by his office or himself. I had to call their office and that is when I found out that the hearing was already held and he pleaded no contest without my permission or knowledge of this hearing. I am a Legal Nurse Consultant, so I am not sure who you think you are dealing with Sir! This was a small matter in the grand scheme of things. Dare I say what would have happened if this was an extremely important matter!!
