"The assistant is very rude. Doesnt know what shes doing & mistakens clients. When you try to tell her she jumps down your throat snapping at you saying calm down even if you didnt say much or were able to get your statement out there. Then wants to hit you with “oh im sorry theres another client with your same information” ok then you need to calm down ma’am & find out who youre talking to then do your job! Bob needs a better assistant! Also its very hard to get ahold of Bob & sometimes hes very rude as well. Didnt expect to be treated like this after we paid him thousands of dollars up front."

I have been trying to get some court records from him, have been trying to get ahold of him to discuss a plan of action and cannot get a phone call back. Have left messages in voicemail and with the receptionist."
