"The UPS Store in Bartow has moved to a very nice, large building at the south west corner of Main Street and Broadway. It’s central to the historic downtown area—a great spot. As a business in the business of mailing we were disappointed that they didn’t carry tube mailer packaging available for purchase. My husband was directed to the Lake Wales location which is a distance away. We are in the downtown area flush with building contractors, county officials, etc. Staff was friendly. The 3 Stars is due to the inability to do business because business shipping products were not available and reference to go a distance to another store who does carry the items."
