"Snapshot is RIGGED to increase the cost of insurance...that's my opinion at this juncture in use of this device I called and told them it is way to brake sensitive... It flags/beebs when doing normal braking for a yellow light change. Also, it flags a lot when braking at low speed, less than 20mph. I received NO valid response to my complaint! I guess we'll see what happens at the end of the 6 months... No doubt the price will increase...Guess I'll be Insurance shopping..."

"Terrible insurance company and management. Good luck getting a claim out of these people. They are all for taking your money and will not cover damages. Been dealing with a hit and run driver for over 1 month with photos police report ect. Do not use Progressive."

"I would not recommend progressive Jake Anderson and his supervisor Liz after an accident told me I had to buy my vehicle back from them and said scrap value was $3400 so that’s what I would have to pay them to keep my vehicle. Don’t go through this use a different company."
