"My daughter purchased a new tire at this store 4 days ago. Her second time driving the car on the highway the entire tire just exploded on her. There was no hazard in the roadway. She hit nothing. The tire just exploded and shredded. She contacted the store and said that they would not replace it since she didn't have "road hazard" insurance. There was no road hazard - this was a defective tire and they are taking advance of a young college student. Totally unacceptable."
