"Working with Cynthia and her entire team was the worst decision I have ever made. After paying the thousands of dollars in retainer, Cynthia was hardly available to me. She had me work with one of her Paralegals named Kristie which was very stressful for me. She had zero patience, was constantly in a rush, constantly interrupted me and wasn't listening to me. When I had enough and I adressed the issue, Kristie started yelling at me, telling me she doesn't work for me and hung up and stopped working with me. Cynthia had me late at my very first hearing and, on top, did not file some of the necessary paperwork, which resulted in me getting roasted by the opposing counsel. She also had me miss my very last and most important hearing and did not handle the one thing I asked her to handle. I was nothing but stressed out for 3 years and had nowhere to turn as Cynthia was hardly available. She would only respond back when I would let her know that I have emailed her multiple times over courses of weeks with zero response. Everything went into flames, and Cynthia disappeared and never responded to another email after the last hearing. I tried to reach out to her recently to see if she can fix the wrongdoings on her part, but once again, there was no response or guidance. I will never hire her again for anything."

"When making the appointment over a week ago, I did not realize that there is a $99 fee for the initial 30 minute consult (many attorneys offer free consult). When I asked for more information prior to paying for a consult, I could not get any price range information about how fees work for prenuptial agreements OR if Ms. Hernandez could complete the case in the timeline I needed. I believe when asking for payment ahead of initial consultation, the potential client should be able to obtain basic information in order to allow them to make a decision about moving forward with consult. I was just told “well, that’s the risk you take” by the person who answered the phone."
