"The worst experience I’ve ever had with a family lawyer. “Chuck” has represented my family’s business for decades, which is why I chose to use him with my own family law cases. My mistake. I have had to call Chuck’s office on numerous occasions to inform him, and his staff, of their mistakes and inform them of notices and hearings that they allegedly know nothing about. I wasted months of time gathering information, that he requested, only for his staff to inform me that they did not review it. Zoe had the audacity to tell me to “be very nice to her” and that she wasn’t going to look through the documents in my husbands case/that we needed to do the work for her, when I called the office upset due to the consequences of their errors. I have paid thousands of dollars, for him to push myself and my husband into a mediation agreement that did not benefit us, or our children. I have consistently been billed $300 an hour even when his staff is the one rendering services, despite the contract that clearly states his staff’s rate is $100 an hour. After this is all said and done, I will not be returning, and I will not recommend their services. I don’t know if they have the capacity to actually help people that need it, but they did NOT help my family. If their errors are corrected without further consequence to my family, then so shall be the status of this review."
