And I represented myself and got the timesharing with my daughter that I wanted, at a level that Attorney Kennedy told me I'd never get and was staunchly unwilling to even request. He even wrote a letter to me saying that it was inappropriate for the judge to give more than what "we" asked for! This man is NOT an advocate. Dealing with him during an already difficult situation was one of the worst experiences of my life. If you want an advocate, someone who respects you, or someone who even cares slightly about your predicament, please run as far away from James Kennedy as you can get."
