"Don't buy from here - Kevin and Nadia sell broken vapes as clearance knowing that they don't work. All sales final but they sell something that doesn't work. AFTER FEEDBACK FROM OWNER.... Appreciate the feedback, but if you know they don't work, it's really not ethical to continue to stock these items on your shelves. It certainly isn't good for winning new business. Call your losses, get rid of the trash product, and move on."
"Kinda sad that I’ve been dropping $60 a month on candles with them for the past 3 months and again this month I spend another $60 in candles, only this time I have a candle to exchange because it won’t stay lit, and yet with all this money I have dropped and would have continued to drop every month, I get told no exchanges. The young man behind the counter flat out refused to exchange a defective product for one that worked. He told me to call the manufacturer. That tells me this store doesn’t stand behind their products. I have decided that I no longer need to go to this store anymore. Now that I know I can call the manufacturer, I’ll just ask them where else I can buy these candles. I’m sure they are sold online somewhere."
