"This business is absolutely horrible. The lawyer won't talk to you, she will have her secretary screen you and ask you many personal questions just to be able to schedule a appointment. I felt uncomfortable giving a stranger (a secretary)whom i know nothing about my personal information. Then when you answer the questions they will discriminate against you. The lawyer then tells me the secretary has power of attorney yet there wasn't any of this disclosed in the beginning of our phone call. The lawyer then decides after i tell her she needs to make her appointment scheduling better she hangs up on me. This lawyer should be investigated. I do not recommend anyone use her."
