"I wish I could give -5 stars to this store. It was the worst shopping experience of my life. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. They ignored me and other customers while they were busy playing on their phones or chatting with each other. When I tried to ask for help, they pretended not to hear me or just walked away. They kept passing me from one department to another, making me waste my time and energy. I will never shop at that Best Buy again and I advise everyone to avoid this place like the plague. It is a nightmare."
"UNREASONABLE MANAGER DISRESPECTED A PAYING CUSTOMER. I needed to determine if my power cable was the issue why my computer would not turn on. So I get a new one and asked the manager if I could simply plug my Mac into a power outlet with the new cable, (to see if my old cable was the issue). Manager refused to allow me to plug into any of the visibly available power outlets closed by. The only option the manager gave me was for me get in line behind other people that have been waiting for 15 minutes to see a "geek squad" customer service attendant... just to plug a simple cable to the power outlet, although there where many available at the store!!. I asked the manager what was the reason why he would not allow me to plug to the wall, he refused to give me a reason."

"The Ac not working properly, there was only one register open and like 12 people trying to pay, we requested to have another registered open and the answer given was there is not many of us! Why have such a big store and not enough employees!"
