"I always came here for the service (address: 8605 bird rd,Miami), and I don't know if there was a change of staff (This is for sure because the girl who was there before doing the printing solved everything, the one who is there now does not respect queuing priority, she does not know how to solve a problem for you) or what, but the service is horrible. You can't print there anymore, you have to send everything from the page and with a minimum delay of one day. Office Depot was always the best…what a shame!"

"Store #2815 was empty but I presume the gentleman at the copy center couldn’t be bothered with helping a customer at 9am in the morning. Extremely rude and dry as I asked him a couple questions about the self service printers. Not to mention the system malfunctions according to him so “keep paying $5 until the system processes the hold.” Needless to say I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I walked out before saying something I would regret."
"Service was great all the employees were helpful . Lined moved a little bit slow but it's not the employees fault the actual machines go very slowly. Place looks clean even tho there are some stains on the rug."
