"Awful customer service. I was at the door at 3:50pm on Saturday. The rep locked the door in front of me and said “I’m done for the day” even though the sign said they close at 4pm. The place wasn’t busy and they would not let me in even while they were still other customers inside. If I could leave less than one star I would."

"I am visiting from Canada and ended up needing an urgent print job. I ordered online but (unfortunately) chose a day when the system was down. When I arrived to pick up my order - which could not be done through the online system - the guys offered me a solution and took care of me on the spot. Not only was the customer service excellent but I feel that they went above and beyond what may be expected to take care of my needs. Kudos to two great representatives of UPS, and thanks for all of the extra effort."
