"Hello ... I would like to make a complaint. I was very disappointed with this location. One of the clerks that assisted us was VERY rude and her name was Sasha. First of all when we walked in it wasn't full at all. The other clerk was working with a costumer but Sasha was free at the moment when we walked in. THE 1st thing she did was give us eye contact which by my understanding your suppose to greet costumers. She was very rude to us and we felt very uncomfortable because we didn't want to disturb the other coworker because it got busy all of a sudden, plus not to mention she sent out our package to the wrong location. I wasn't even notified at all , given the fact that we have to give our contact info. I noticed it because of the day I was told. So I looked online for the tracking info and of course , it wasn't even close to the address I requested. We were very disappointed by her rudeness and her inexperienced to get the job done right. Im sorry but people like this don't belong in front of customers. People like her give you a BAD LOOK ! I will NOT be returning to this location at all and plus it was pricey too! So lesson learned. I hope you get rid of her because people like that only like to have a so *call name * No one should be treated that way with any company! Thank you"

"The bad attention for the personal. The lady trow the packages regardless what content is inside. Also every time I came to make a return, even when the instructions label is a QR code and Amazon say that they pay for it, i have to paid from my own pocket some times 3 or this time 5.35 dollars for the same type of package"
