"The WORST customer service I have every received from a company. I never ever get a response from Suleika (it takes 5 or 6 calls or follow up emails over a month and I finally got a response after copying the general manager and then she disappeared again) and it's been happening for over a year and a half. I finally changed companies because of the lack of response & customer service and even after I cancelled they continued to charge my credit card. Luis nor Suleika responded to the charge depsite emails and calling the office so I had to fight it with my credit card company. Don't waste your time with these people. I went with a company that another frustrated ex-client of Suleika's gave me and we are much happier."
