"Needed to get an important document printed before work this morning, Thursday January 25th. Store is supposed to be open at 8. I arrived at 8:40 and there still was no one. Usually this location has good customer service. Them not being open was a major inconvenience."

Went there to send mail/package was told by Jessica she told to go to the post office. She not dealing with it. By far unprofessional and stated she was the only one.
