"This was my first time buying home insurance. I told Diana Erb the purchase price (250k) and square footage (1200) to get a quote. I am not a Florida resident so I expected to pay more than a full-time resident. I was quoted $3400/yr and paid that for two years, until my neighbor said that was way too much.
