"Place seems real scummy compared to other locations. Warning to others that have Amazon returns, I would avoid this store. Amazon says "You don't need to have your items boxed or labeled. Instead, The UPS Store will pack, label and ship your return for free." As has always been the case for me whenever I return to a UPS store. However I was charged me $4 to print a prepaid label and another $4 for packaging, $8 is not free. When I explained it was for Amazon all I got back was "I know" I waited forever for the very slow staff to get to me and I just paid it because I had places to be, but very unusual."

"I’ve only been to this location twice and both experiences were not pleasant. The workers in there seem to be a little prejudice or racist every time I come in there. It’s a problem with the service I need far as getting something notarized. I can go to the one in Winter Garden off McGuire and have no problem at all. This needs to be addressed."

"I have never had an issue with my returns in any store. Until today a middle eastern guy assisted me. Very rude and condescending. Questioning me on why I buy things if I am going to return them. Why I have so many codes so on and so forth. That I am messing up his system and what he needs to do. It’s your job to accept my packages and returns. It’s your job to have CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not question what I am doing or why. That is very disrespectful and rude of you. If you don’t want to accept packages then don’t work in a package store. You chose this job not me. Horrible people horrible service horrible manners. He even told the lady next to him oh we have work for us now and she laughed. This is your job if you don’t like it then leave!"
