The package arrived on time and in pristine condition. Their customer service was top notch. Will be continuing to use this store for all of my future shipping needs."

"I had an Amazon package to return and after reading some of these negative reviews I debated on going to a different store but since this is closer to my house I figured I would go ahead and try it. I got great, friendly, helpful service. I did have my label printed out and return in a box but he helped me get it all sealed up and label on box. I wish I had gotten his name but kudos!!"

"Beware with this location, make sure to look at your receipt before leaving. I went to this location to ship a package early morning on 3/20/23 for a 2 days delivery and paid $25.88. When I got home and checked my receipt. They have it shipped from UPS to USPS, and now my package will arrive to the destination on Friday. Why would they do that? If I know that they will have it shipped via usps I would have went there myself im sure i would have paid less. This is such a shady business. BEWARE FOR THIS LOCATION. I'm going file a complaint with this one, this is unacceptable."
