"Very annoying to show up 7 minutes before they closed to drop off a box quick and they were already closed. Why post that you will be open til a time and then not be open? Front door is unlocked but gates inside are down and no one around?? Why is the door unlocked if your not taking customers? If you don't want to be open then change your store hours. Poor form UPS."

"What can I say about the UPS Store in Mandarin that hasn't been said about gonorrhea?.. Lol I am kidding but WOW what an opening statement.. Lol. I personally have used UPS stores for many years in many states as I have had to relocate often due to work. In the past it was a necessity and a necessary evil. This is the only location that is professional, reliable, and responsible! I think this is the only service place that I became friends with and I don't want to ever leave their location. The store has a fun and amazing tall guy and a great and devoted married couple. This is their core team. Do you need something notarized? They got a guy, now you do too. I enjoy their service and smiles. One person is all smiles at 4pm. Oh well, stop in and take a look. Thanks UPS Store Mandarin!"

"This place needs some customer service training. Was returning a package to Amazon today, there were 3-4 people in front of me and a lady was returning a very large Amazon item. the female associate told the lady to set the box to the left out of the way as it was very large. A Male employee about 50, tall, dark hair came in and the package was where the female associate told the customer to put it. He kicks the package and blurts out what h€*l is this $&@t. The customer spoke up and said that my Amazon package I’m returning. She explained she need to print a label but was having a hard time with her printer so she ask the employee for the WiFi password. His reply was I don’t remember that S&it and ask the female employee what is was and she gave the customer the password. The whole experience was awful employees looked frustrated and just not happy to be there.. Trust me I won’t be back this place is a dumpster fire I recommend you proceed with caution some employee may go postal on the wrong day"
