"Stay Away, I paid the initial fee, filled out web form once my $20 charge went though, wanted to consult a lawyer as promised by the person that sold me. Tried 3 times, no one called or emailed me, SCAM, SCAM SCAM, this company needs to be shut down"

"This was just another money scam. Paid $1.99 for a lawyers name from a text and without any conversation about extended service,, which I didn't need and wasn't informed I they went and took more money off my card without permission or my knowledge. Called after I found out money was gone and was treated like I was stupid and forgot."

"They deserve a zero star. This is a waste of my time and money. I needed it an attorney so I called U.S. Legal Services 12/11/2023 wasted almost 40 minutes with them so they can give a name of one of their "partner attorney to call" (not even on the county I need it for). Called that attorney office and still waiting for a call 12/28/2023. Yesterday, 12/27/2023 Claudia from US. Legal Services left me a message saying that she spoke to this attorney and was told that she accepted my case and that we had a consultation??? I haven't spoken to anyone till this date. So I don't know who is lying here, the attorney or this company. Either way we will canceling their services because I found out that I can also get a free consultation with any other attorney without a third party and oh here they only give you a 15 minutes consultation free. What a joke! then you are responsible to pay any other fees??? what fees?? don't say."

"I submitted a traffic violation ticket on October 27th. U.S. legal services didn’t assign an attorney for my case yet. I have a court date on December 6th. If you can’t help your members protecting their CDL please let me know so I can hire an attorney and stop paying membership."

"Took me 6 months to get an attorney in my state. Was constantly dismissed and told they would call me in a couple days with an update. After weeks and months went by, the person handling my case assignment said my issue wasn’t important so they were not in a hurry to find me a lawyer. Y’all don’t get to decide if my issue is important or not. That is my call. I quit my job these services were offered through and my coverage ended the next day. I paid every paycheck for a service y’all FAILED to provide! Talk about false advertising!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Biggest waste of my time and money. What a joke!"
