"DO NOT, COME HERE IF YOU SMOKE HOOKAH. If you buy a defective item from here, regardless if you pay $100+ on it, this business will not make it right and you will be stuck with a useless product. I’ve been a hookah smoker for years and I am very experienced with anything that has to do with hookahs. I came to this shop to buy one since I am on vacation, I chose the one I wanted (as seen in the picture, red hookah). The owner was acting very suspicious while selling it to me and my wife, he did not want us to open it and go through it until we paid (no returns accepted here). He opened the box after my wife insisted, and he only let us see it while its bagged. There was no way for us to completely put the item together to make sure all the pieces work. They also do not allow you to touch the displays for further inspection. I did not put it fully together until the next day. Once I put it on the table I quickly found out how horrible the quality was. The glass on the bottom does not stay still on the floor or table, it keeps tilting and sliding even with water weighing it down, which if you smoke hookah you know how dangerous that is when you have coals. The plate that goes on top on the hookah that holds additional coals will not sit correctly almost as if it was not made for this particular hookah. The hookah is a double smoker, and if you have ever used one you know that it works like a single smoker, but not this one. With this one, the person who is not smoking has to place their finger over the hose hole to stop the air in order for the other person to smoke. This is obviously a defective item with several issues that would not be known until after use. Today (5 days from the original purchase date) I decided to go in to see if it was possible to return/exchange the item since this is not a case of simply not liking the item or not liking a flavor. The item is completely unsafe to use from the top to the bottom. The owner (who is the one who sold this item to us) spoke with my wife on the phone while in the store and essentially told her that we saw the sign that says no exchanges/returns, we also saw the item in the store, and there is basically nothing that he can do about the situation since we did not immediately come back. He also said that we can bring the hookah back to see how he can “fix” it. The item cannot be fixed, it obviously has several manufacturing issues and this item belongs in the trash. We “used” the item once, realized how unsafe it was immediately and did not smoke out of it. Again, if you want to buy a hookah, or anything expensive for that matter, do NOT come here unless you are willing to risk your money on something that does not work. Also, I am not sure how much other retailers in the area are selling the tobacco flavors for, but where I am from they typically sell me an entire carton for $25-30. I asked how much he could sell a carton for and his original offer was $60. He tried to sell it one last time at the register for $45, but I declined. In a nutshell: overpriced, low quality items and owner does not care about customer satisfaction with defective items."
