"I used to be a manager for the ups store. The Spanish women employee don’t know her name was very pushy. Told me they don’t ship out with usps and I’ve done it there before and did it for people when I worked at the ups store. She also charged too much because she measured the bag as it was open and not when she folded it down. So the measurement were wrong. I would understand adding an inch just in case but the measurements she put was 12x10x1 but the actual measurements were 6x10x1 probably saving me some money if she let me use usps and measured it properly."
