"The sign on the door says they open at 8:30am. At 9:30 am I am trying to open the door and the guy with the long hair looks at me, smiles, and walks away. I had to go online to see that the hours are 10am. Terrible customer service. I went to the Tyrone location. They're really nice and HELPFUL."

"Stopped in hoping to return an item I purchased one day prior. The woman who helped me was nasty, Sarahp. She proceeded to tell me they don't do returns when the store policy clearly states they do She was extremely rude and seemed to take pleasure in denying my return. Obviously she is a very sick and unhappy individual. Definitely a "Karen". She wouldn't have acted that way in front of manager. I will never spend another dime in that store. Frequent customer lost."
