"I've been using this facility for a while now and never had a problem until the guy that usually handled my payments quit. I put my money order in the drop box this month and was told that my money order wasn't in there. I ended up having to pay for the unit twice including a late fee which I've never gotten before. I don't have $106 to give away. I feel horrible that someone would do people that way, but it will catch up to them in the end."
