"Messed up my print job, which was only binding 6 manuals, then told me I need to drop them back off and come back ANOTHER day (one hour round trip drive) because it’s “first come, first serve, even when we mess up”! And this is just my latest AWFUL customer service experience at this store! I am done! Terrible, terrible."

"I normally don’t leave reviews but the service I received when I entered the store was absolutely horrendous. I called the store for an item they said they had, however; Upon arrival I couldn’t find said item. When I went to someone up front to ask for assistance nicely, they were completely rude. 1st he said “oh it must’ve someone else” 2nd he said “oh well what you see is what we have” 3rd he acted as if I was a complete nuisance and didn’t even offer to give a helping hand in finding the product and was on his phone the whole time. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever had."

"I came in last minute to make pamphlets for my fathers funeral. It was 30 min to close and after being told she was slammed with orders for weddings and wouldn’t have time; I inquired about the following day and told her the occasion. Celina, the sales supervisor literally cleared her work station and said “why didn’t you open with that?” She got to work and diligently helped me assemble the appropriate constituents to make this possible the very next day. I can’t express enough what a relief it was to be seen and heard and helped so efficiently. Thank you Celina ! You are a wonderful human!"

"We began our search for a new office chair at the North Dale Mabry store. However, they didn't have the chair we wanted in stock. We were directed to the Waters Ave. store and were assisted by Selena. She quickly checked the inventory, got our chair brought to the front of the store, and assisted another associate with loading it into our vehicle. What amazing customer service!!"

"Denise and Emily were great and worked together and communicated as a team. I visited this location in person for advice and clarity on how to print a certain project I had. Denise explained the process I should have taken online for future reference and also had me send her the docs to better clarify. She confirmed I would need a poster size due to the dimensions of my project and with Emily’s help got to work on it while I waited. This location was excellent and the 30% coupon that I had was also nice! My print total was very inexpensive for 3 posters!"
