"I was very pleased with the staff and service at this location! Aglay was so very helpful on the phone and in assisting me to find the financial calculator I needed for an exam when I had forgotten mine at home. I'm so very grateful for her kindness in locating it and bringing it to the register for me so that when I arrived I could grab it and get back to my testing center in time for my exam. Happy to say I passed! Thanks so much Aglay!"

"We came in here to return an Instacart order and the first representative was super honest about not knowing the process but the assistant store manager was so rude and honestly just didn’t want to help us. He was refusing to read anything on the website about the Instacart policies and when I was trying to tell him that he was looking at the wrong section of the Instacart website (He was reading The Regular return policies for Instacart, Not the Retailer return policy where Office Depot is specifically listed) and he refused to even read it and walked away instead. Trying to say that our purchase was only going to be good for half the price and just would not educate himself to help us. He walked back over and said he called multiple store managers and they said they don’t do returns for Instacart. This isn’t true. Please read the website under retail return policies. This was so frustrating. The lack of care was unreal. I feel like we were almost gaslit into just keeping the unused printer bc they were only trying to give us like $50"

"I had some issues with an online order that i desperately needed done in store ASAP for a party I was having later that day and scott at the printing services counter was SO HELPFUL. He was kind and understanding and was able to help me chill out and get what I needed done. I am so grateful for Scott and his kindness. I often use office depot for my large printing jobs and this is why."

"Went in to submit my TSA pre check application. They were having some sort of technical issue which the manager was able to resolve relatively and barely put me behind my appointment time! Was impressed with the staff and their efficiency getting this sorted! My 3 star review is because of the bathrooms! It looks like they’ve never been cleaned!!! SO GROSS. Brown stuff literally dripping down the walls, disgusting toilets, dirty floors. DISGUSTING."

"I came in at about 9:30 to the printing department and was treated extra special. The warm smiles and a great understanding of how to work the printing app on line. There was a new lady that was being trained by a very professional worker. I listened to her give her top of the line instructions on how to be as professional as herself. I love coming to this office Depot! Love Van"
