"What a joke these delivery drivers are from this location directions clearly State the person is in a wheelchair bring to the apartment door and they continue to just drop them at the public doorway to the apartment complex and things get stolen constantly because we’re not getting our shipments you guys really kinda don’t care you don’t care about customers you’re lazy you can’t walk six doors down and bring something to an apartment door Why not it clearly states in the instructions to do this from Amazon and you don’t answer your phone so you’re gonna get a one point review if I could give you zero I would"

"Only open 1-5. Long line and you basically have to wait outside because it's so tiny. One clerk doing her best though. Just took forever! They do not answer their phone!"

"I reached out to my local ups about a package delivered to the wrong address when speaking to the the employees both where extremely rude and had no compassion of my situation I hung up very surprised that ups would have these sort of employees working for them very disappointed in my local ups I heard from customers that I served they also have issues at this same store"
