"The owner is very rude. Instead of helping resolve issues, he’s very defensive and shuts down anything you have experienced as if he was there when you experienced it. He tells you you are fabricating your experience even when you have receipts. I guess my bank lies to me. If you have an issue don’t try to call because no one answers. Absolutely DO NOT use your card here. To avoid any issues or encounters with the rude people go to the bodega down the street they have better service and handle complaints more professionally."
