"Do not use this title company. I was really excited to work with them because Josh is awesome and is a wealth of knowledge. The owner is very rude and yelled at the buyer in my transaction. The owner make your deal harder and they did not send my funds until 6 days after the closing. Everyone do yourself a favor and use closing attorneys over title companies"

"We made a closing with Viking Title in August 2023, In October 2023, we received an unpaid bill. We were speaking with Jill, Cassandra, and Josh primarily, who introduced himself as an attorney and the owner of the "Viking Title company".  Throughout our conversations, Josh displayed a lack of professionalism, by humiliating, us every time, finding different excuses underlying that he is an attorney and will deal with us, as well as stating that he can not help us. We made a complaint. Please find another company to deal with. VERY DISHONEST and a team of the LIARS. They will avoid the help you have a right to get and manipulate the customers they are dealing with. Please see the other negative reviews they have. Please Stay away !!!"

They are helpful, kind, compassionate, proficient, efficient, super quick, accurate and professional to the end. They take on closings that may be a bit more complicated or harder to close and do not shy away from challenges or the need for speed in a closing. I highly recommend their services, no matter where the buyer or seller is located because they offer mobile services (i.e., mobile notary publics, etc.) to assist and make the process as fast and efficient and accurate as possible.
