"I tried to send and envelope thinking that it was going to be faster than go to USPS, it was taking more than 15 minutes i told the guy I cant wait I gotta go it is taking longer than go to USPS. He was rude and the lady was polite anyways."

"EXTREMELY RUDE. Do not go here. The staff refused to help me. I asked for assistance, and the person at the counter said I could do it only or he could help, I said I would appreciate the help, to which he said ‘no. I am not helping you, Do it online’ I said I was u sure how to go about that and he yelled at me to to get out of his store because he was not going to help me, proceeded to yell at me to do the work online and not at the store, and that I could not do it on my phone while in the store, to ‘GET OUT’ and escorted me out the door. I attempted to do my return online, but it said to go to the store and check in with an agent. Eventually I called the original company and did the return online, but still had to hand the item to the people at the store. DO NOT RECOMMEND Literally chose anywhere else"
