"We had a wonderful experience at this UPS we had a QR code for an Amazon drop off to do a return. The staff member was super nice. It was easy we handed them a box with the items in it and it wasn’t taped up. I’ve heard mixed controversy about that, and they didn’t complain about tape and they just took it and put the label on it and we were good to go. It took Very short amount of time!!
