"Been coming here for a few years shipping packages to customers. Yogi has always been great. Unfortunately I wasn't dealing with him today. It only takes one bad time to lose a customer. Nickled and dimed for bubble wrap and peanuts. $3.50 for peanuts/bubble wrap. That's never happened to me before. I was sending 4 boxes so it adds up. At the last box the man working tried to say there were peanuts in the box when there were none, just a very small amount of bubble wrap. I used different amounts of bubble wrap for each box and yet the charge was the same for each. It felt like I was getting ripped off and overcharged. He gave me a $1.50 discount for the first package after I asked if they always charged for peanuts and plastic. That also made me think these were extra invented charges. He asked me "What's your budget?" Obviously the cheapest price! That was an odd question to ask. He then asked if it was Yogi I had dealt with before. I said yes. He said that Yogi must have been paying out of his own pocket. Overall I was very disappointed. I've shipped from here almost 50 times and I won't be anymore after learning about this. It was never said that peanuts and bubble wrap were an extra charge until after everything was in the boxes. Maybe my memory is wrong but I don't remember this being a thing. If it was explained to me before packing, I would have reevaluated and come back later. Beware of bubble wrap and peanuts!"
