"I was told to come pick up my shirt on Wed and I came the Sat after. Not only could she not find my shirt after looking for it for 30 mins, she had not even touch it. I had an event to go to so she ruined my day by me having to scrammed. She had extras days to do the work and still didn’t. She has no system on how to find the items so why give a ticket? All items when you pick them up are on plastic GROCERY bags. She may as well be working out of her living room."
