"Updated 2/22/2025 to a 5star. I just left this UPS Store. Normally I would rate 5 star. But the older of 2 females at the 1720 N Woodland Blvd store was quite rude. I told the younger female staff member that waited on me Thank You for wearing her mask fully. The older one said “Some do not believe in it”. Whether SHE believes in it OR NOT is not the point. You, the company, UPS require full face masks to protect the public and people of my age group. It has been proven older ones and others with health concerns can be gravely affected by exposure. I suggest you send the “snotty” woman until she is willing to cover her nose. 2/22/2024. My last several visits to this store have been wonderful. Very efficient staff. Even with a line quick service. Today a young lady took my returns and it was a pleasant experience."

"I guess I'm just not used to having to pay to print a prepaid label, or to buy a full roll of tape to seal one box. I understand buying supplies like boxes, peanuts, bags or bubble roll. But in my experience sealing a box or print one black and white piece of paper shouldn't cost me over 3$. Thankfully the lady that helped me was pretty nice so that helped. But the older lady was kind of off-putting. Not to mention a company that has made billions if not trillions off it's workers backs Can't make a few small concessions for customer convenience..."

"I have experience with many UPS Stores and none move as slowly as this one. I try to come here during off times when I have an Amazon return. It doesn’t matter— there is always a fairly long line here. It’s not because this location is slammed with visitors. It’s because the employees are slow. Half the time, one of the two people behind the desk will peel away to address a frivolous question being asked by a someone instead of dealing with the line that is going out the door. It feels like the employee is taking a passive aggressive break. None of the employees here are mean. They’re all polite. The parking lot here is awful. There’s no shade and sometimes finding a spot is tricky."

"I Ricardo don’t write these but the poor attitude displayed by your rosy haired representative “Kenneth” warranted this review. Two stars is because I’m positive no one else at this location has the sass and poor customer service that “Kenneth” displayed today. If you don’t like your job, find yourself a job that you like because when dealing with people there is a level of decency that is required and necessary to perform a customer service job properly and today it was not displayed by “Kenneth.” God bless you and I hope you find a way to change all of the sass and drama you bring to paying customer’s."
