"Absolutely horrible experience today with the “manager”. She wasn’t even the one who was helping me but couldn’t even contain her rudeness. As she walked by she would mumble Jesus etc. I am so glad I don’t live here and don’t have to use this location because I would gladly drive an hour away to never have to deal with her sorry attitude again. To the gentleman who was actually helping me he was great and had a good customer service attitude he should be the one actually in charge over her."

"I’ve never been treated so badly for no reason. I went to return 2 Amazon orders at 9 am, nobody in the store,lady with red hair and braids was soooooo rude to me and she wasn’t even the one helping me. She lectured me how I have to process my orders before I come to store because they get really busy. There was nobody there, this was very uncalled for and I’m shocked by the treatment. I will never step foot in that store, this was my first and last time. Woooow I’m speechless!!"
"I've finally decided to stop visiting this store due to lacking customer service. Time and again, I've had the displeasure of dealing with a rude woman employee. She gives an attitude to anyone coming to the store and throws things around. She is always very impatient and ready to snap at any moment. The sad part is that after reading the other reviews, I'm not the only person complaining about her behavior. Wake up, management!!"
"No idea why this location currently has a three star rating. It’s so much better than the other one in town. This store is well staffed and I’ve never had to wait in line here, regardless of what time of day I go there. It’s always in and out. Sometimes finding a spot can be a little annoying, but if you’re willing to walk an extra 20 seconds it’s not that big of a deal."
