Over the years, she has kept me appraised of her annual search to compare my rates to others who may be a better fit than the previous year - I really appreciate Jennifer going the extra mile for me. The best part - I dont have to ask - She calendars my annual renewal month and drops me a line or call to let me know we're all good with the current company or has a new one with a better rate, apples to apples! "ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The owner(s) should be ashamed at the way the employee(s) they pay handle their business when NOT present. Their representation of DeClue Brothers Insurance Solutions does not uphold value and is NOT very welcoming for potential customers. I called super early this morning at 8:45am so that we could get a policy for 4 vehicles as well as a homeowners policy and that never happened. For starters the young man who answered the phone insisted that either I call back or they call me back because one of the many individuals (JENNIFER) who does the quotes were “in the bathroom, we just opened”!! After waiting approximately 5 minutes the MANAGER JENNIFER (who’s supposed to be professional) got on the line. Because of the level of service after speaking with her for a moment I asked for a higher representative in which I was advised by her that there was no one over her. I asked repeatedly for an email since no one was available verbally and she refused that information also. She continues to give me her email so I could personally send HER my complaint. I advised them I was recording on my surveillance cameras and would be looking to let the owner know of their behaviors and then BOOM I was thrown on hold with NO WARNING. Then I heard a man asking what my name was before I was COLD transferred to the OWNER! “He gets on the line and hears me out and expressed an understanding that this was not okay then apologized. I appreciate that but the way this was handled needs to be addressed so people are always aware. I’m still in disbelief that this happened. All I wanted was a few quotes to start a policy!"
