"This store, specifically the employees, are amazing. Years ago I remember people not being satisfied with some of the staff. However, over the past 2 years or so I haven't had anything but the best interactions with the staff and management. They did a great job hiring good people, and it shows. They work their tails off but are always happy to help. I highly recommend going to this store for your shipping needs. If any of the staff read this, thank you very much for all of your help, you all do a great job."

"I'm satisfied with the convenience with this place, at the least. However, I have come to find out today that not every employee is happy to be there. Between one employee named Chuck who got huffy when I accidentally showed him a different QR for one of the items I was returning and an older gentleman griping about how a printer is not working after someone else "touched his stuff," the experience I had in there this morning was less than satisfactory. It doesn't matter if you work in a place that isn't entirely your favorite; when you're in the open, try not to cop an attitude knowing full well there may be customers watching and hearing everything you do. Exercise patience, be polite, and leave all your grievances at the door and out of public view."
