"I do a lot of Amazon shopping. I never fully realized how wonderful it is to make returns here, until I made the mistake of going to Staples to return something today. Night and day difference between the customer service. I actually had an overwhelming amount of things to return today and chose to break up the order between 2 stores and 2 large boxes 14 different curtains (that all looked very similar) so that I would not be so overwhelmed and hold up a line of people. I thought that I left my house organized but when I went to scan one of the curtains that I was returning, I had mixed up 2 curtains and put them in the wrong packaging. When the clerk went to return the a package, it showed as already being returned. I was extremely stressed/overwhelmed at trying to correct and figure out my mistake. I wish I had gotten the clerk's name. He was a saint. Friendly and patient throughout the transaction. I have never had anything other than good customer service at this store. I just didn't realize how good, until my awful experience at a different Amazon refund location today. I had no issues with disorganization at the other store and for some reason they were just grumpy and miserable anyway."
