"Barely put my prepaid labeled package on the scale and I could already tell older blonde lady had was having a bad day. Telling me there’s something wrong with my label. I think there’s something wrong with your handheld scanner. Had to go to the ups on Blue Angel to get my item scanned in. Should’ve stuck with my go to ups location. Never again."

"The notary Dusty is condescending and rude. I’ve been in this UPS store multiple times and every time it’s the same thing with this guy. After explaining what I needed to be notarized which is the same thing I get notarized 40 times every month and the same thing he’s notarized prior at least 10 times. He decided that I need to in detail explain to him the documents that clearly say on the page exactly what they are, and exactly what I told him they were. I’ve had no issues with the other notaries at this location."

"This place rocks! It’s family owned and ran by the nicest people. Dusty is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. We have had a PO Box there for almost a year now because we are OTR Truck Drivers. Anytime we need to check something out in our box and we can’t make it back, they go out of there way to help us by checking what we need and forwarding it to us wherever we are in the country. "Came to this location today with 2 items for return. When I initiated a return online my instructions were to bring them items to the store and UPS would print a label. When I got there the manager informed me I needed to have the items packaged. I told her the employee standing next to her took a return from me a few weeks ago and didn’t require the item to be packaged, she said”she did it as a courtesy “. This is not right, the shipping process should be the same for each customer. Manager was very rude. I went to another UPS location and had no issues."
