"Clean store, good selection. Expensive. Usually staff are helpful, but today, blatantly rude. I waited to ask a question while 2 “customer service” members at the register by the exit ignored me, chatting about a party. Eventually the manager left and the young female cashier with long stringy hair finally looked at me and said, “Whaz up?”. That’s inappropriate to a 60 year old female, a professor, or any one else. Pharmacy staff are always professional and courteous. I called Customer Service to complement the pharmacy & complain, waited for a manager for 3 minutes and was disconnected. 3 strikes you are out. Happily we have many other options locally to find good groceries with courtesy. It’s all about leadership."
