"Absolutely nothing special about this location. Appliance delivery is a nightmare. Carpet department not responsive half the time. LUMBER is THE WORST of it all! Never respond or show up. Ever! To get one cut took one hour of waiting beside an empty machine! They got called 7 times and finally a lazy stoned guy shows up full of attitude. Forget about customer service here. The stress is just not worth it. There's a brand new Lowes right around the corner."

"Came in to exchange 2 bags of multipurpose sand that were packed with concrete rather than sand. Upon reaching home with my 6 bags, 4 were correct and opened the remaining 2 to find it had concrete inside rather than sand. I came to the store to do an exchange and was turned away at the customer service. So please be aware the sacrete bags may not be filled correctly. I completely understand how mistakes can happen. But not only is it the purchase price, the most valuable thing I'm out of is my time."

"Out of stock. Whatever you need, if it is popular, its out of stock. Please train your buyer so I don’t waste my time and gas coming to buy things that are sold out. Need to order more qty of popular SKUs. I live near this store on Biscayne and going there is a waste of time, pre and post pandemic. They are always out of stock on popular parts for everything, plumbing, electrical, hardware, etc. This is a small store to start with so they don’t carry everything, and on top of that the things they do carry are often sold out due to poor planning. Don’t waste your time doing here, go straight to the HD on 163rd street. That one is stocked nicely."
