"I was trying to use the vacuums at this location and only one of two vacuums was operational. I had to wait about 20 mins to get service. When I filled up, I wanted to have my receipt but no receipt at the pump and I have to go inside to get it and I had to wait for other customers to finish their transactions."

"This place has the worst customer service. I waited 20 minutes because the pump didn’t work; therefore, I had to prepay. Then it took 15-20 minutes to pump $40 because the pump was going at 2mph.... so slow I got nervous the dollar meter was running and felt like nothing was coming out - so decided to check the nozzle (c’mon). I purchased the most expensive car wash - as the car that was finishing its service and started leaving, the machine started spitting soap without my car being in. Suddenly it stopped and started the process again as soon as I placed the car where told to and put parking. 2 minutes into the wash it stopped and I waited 3 minutes but never started back up. I had to leave the car inside to get he attendant, who clearly didn’t care about the fact that I had been waiting close to 40 minutes at that gas station and had been in her line previously. I told her the issue and she negated to leave her “line” and re start the machine because her line was too long. I was a paying customer who spend $50... but didn’t matter. She only gave me the option to refund or provide me with another number, to wait after 2 car washes, and a broken machine to get the soap of my car. I didn’t care about the money, as it was $9, but wanted to get the soap off and not have to wait another 20 minutes for two other cars to go through. Needless to say I got the refund, drive to the next shell and received amazing service. I wouldn’t recommend this Gad station at all. The lady, so called manager, was terrible. When asked to escalate- I was told that her nephew owns the gas station."
