"Okay y’all the customer service that I got from Nick on Christmas Eve was PHENOMENAL. He was slammed running around the store with other shoppers and still found time to offer me a hug when I asked where the Malört was. After learning that they had sold out, Nick gave me a few recommendations and I was able to find the last drops of Malört in duval. Thank you Nick, now I have Malört and I can assure you that no one around me will have a pleasant Christmas."

I had an issue with a 3rd party order, and she called their support line and a personal contact with me to get things fixed so that I could leave with the tequila a friend ordered me. We also did a tequila tasting and I actually preferred the ABC brands tequila to the patron I bought. Give them a taste.
