"Sold defective vape. The vape worked at the store and within 24hrs it stopped. They was no accountability held, or understanding. It was clear and cut "I understand, it's not my fault. You could have smoked it". The vape that was bought was one worth 7000 hits, I didn't even get 100. The situation and actions are what is creating a 1 star, not just the vape alone."

"Owner is great. Prices are acceptable. Inventory covers all the bases. The reason I only give 3 stars is the owner sometimes employs female relatives who can barely speak english. One dark haired women that worked there would always gove me a half pint bottle when I asked for a pint - and she would charge me for a pint! This happened repeatedly. When I pointed out her mistake she would tell me "I don't drink so I don't know"...I would reply "It doesn't matter if you drink or not, you work in a liquor store and need to learn the difference between a pint and a half pint". She never learns because she has an " I don't want to be here anyway " attitude. An employee like that can cause customers to drive right past the store. I think it's cool the owner helps out his family members by letting them work at the store. But the owner should at least train his relatives properly before leaving them unattended in the store!"

"I used to frequent here monthly...I dont know what happened or where the friendly service went, but the man behind the counter was rude and nasty. I was attempting to purchase 2 bottles and was trying to determine if the Johnnie Walker gift set was what I wanted or just a bigger bottle. He abruptly said "Well, make up your mind"(btw NO ONE is in the store) Really dude? I promptly told him I didnt need to spend my money there. His reply? You're right! Wow... prices have gone up AND rude service...that's a no for me"
