"I want share with anyone thinking of doing business with the House of Appliances in June Beach. We remodeled our house and went to the House of Appliances of June Beach to purchase our appliances (top end Signature Series LG) which we did along with an installation package. The remodel took longer then planned. A couple of weeks ago we are finally in the house and went to use the range to find out that they installed a natural gas set up appliance instead of LP set up which is needed. Note we had no range over Christmas. We reach out to the House of Appliances on many occasions with either no reply or a reply this your problem. We even went there and got the same response, we do not handle these problems (they provided the installation) this is your problem. What customer service. We bought a complete appliance package from them. Now they tell me it's our problem. I reached out to LG and received a similar response to go back to where we purchased the appliances from. You would think after spending that kind of money on these appliance they would what to keep you a satisfied customer. Guess not. I would look else where if you need appliances. House of Appliances has NO care or support."
